Replacement IR 940nm LED Drop-in Pill for UniqueFire 1605 Flashlight
The UF-1605 features a unique quick change LED pill system that allows the color of the LED to be easily changed to red, green, white, or infrared without the use of any specialist tools. (Extra LED pills are purchased separately). Please note that infrared (IR) light is invisible to the human/animal eye, and an infrared red glow on the LED will indicate that the torch is on.
It's important to be aware that not all infrared cameras and night vision scopes will pick up 940nm IR light. This is because 940nm is much further away from the visible light spectrum than 850nm, making it harder for a camera sensor to detect. Ensure that the camera equipment you are using is compatible before making a purchase.
Utilizing a high-power IR black 850nm LED emitter, the smallest infrared LEDs with more than one watt of optical power, the UF-1605 provides long-range illumination. The rotary focusing system allows for a much farther reach with a smaller light spot.
